Specialist Leaders of Education

Specialist leaders of education (SLE's) are outstanding middle and senior leaders who have the skills to support individuals or teams on similar positions in other schools.  They understand what outstanding leadership practice in their area of expertise looks like and are skilled in helping other leaders to achieve it in their own context. SLE's can develop the leadership capacity of others, using coaching or facilitation support that draws on their knowledge and expertise. Look out for more details as we wish to recruit SLE's in Early Years Foundation Stage, Primary Education and Family Support.
We have a range of specialisms covered by the team of SLE's who have a proven record in school to school support.

To find out more about their experiences and areas of specialism please click on the SLE's name.

The recruitment window is now closed. If you are interested in becoming an SLE in the future and would like further details please contact Teaching School Admin on 0151 233 1969.
